What is the Pupil Premium funding given for?
Pupil Premium is funding allocated to schools for the specific purpose of boosting the attainment of pupils from low income families. Funding is based upon children who are Ever 6 FSM (have registered for a free school meal at any point in the last 6 years) and CLA (children who have been in care for 1 day or more) and adopted.
What is Pupil Premium used for?
Pupil Premium is used to help close the attainment gap between children of low income and other disadvantaged families and their peers.
